What do you like the most about GCX and what is your favourite part of working there?

How did you first learn about GCX and what first drew you to the company?
I didn’t come from a sustainability background. An old school friend of mine that worked at an environmental sustainability NPO introduced me to Kevin. Once I met the team I knew that they were on a mission I wanted to be part of.
What are your hopes for the sustainability industry, and in particular GCX’s clients?
I hope that leaders in companies have finally reached a point where they have realised that sustainability is paramount to the future success of their organisations. Recently, we have seen this more and more with GCX clients and are so proud to be part of their journey.
Before working at GCX, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
I was a cultural representative for South Africa at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I was part of a team from Sub Saharan Africa that engaged with guests on topics such as conservation, wildlife, heritage and the continent of Africa.
